The Niche Zero has no bean hopper. You weigh out the beans for each coffee, tip them in, and almost nothing stays inside, so you can switch between bags without waste and every dose is freshly ground. It's quiet and very good for espresso, but there's no automatic dosing and you weigh every dose yourself.
